The following is a monthly statistics report compiled by the Tri-City Association of REALTORS. It features a list of general statistics regarding listings posted from January 1995 through the current month and year. Categories include: Total Number of Active Residential Listings*, Total Sold, Average Sold Price, and Under Contract*.
The information in this report is updated as changes occur and to the best of our knowledge is accurate and current, however, please note that the data posted on this site may not contain the most current, updated stats.
